OPENING TIMES

Our building is a spacious and purpose built hospital situated in Manston Business Park in the heart of Isle of Thanet which provides easy access from all surrounding towns and villages.

Throughout the build, we made conscious choices to provide a welcoming atmosphere and we created a space that feels more like a home than a medical environment – every detail is intended to make appointments that little bit less scary.

Our reception area is designed in vivid and bright colours to feel warm instead of clinical. We have a vast parking area right outside the practice and a wide entrance for wheelchairs and buggies.

Inside the practice, we separated cat and dog waiting areas to reduce stress levels. We added some plants and colourful paintings to make you feel more relaxed when waiting with your pet. Our consulting rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming too.

We use calming sprays and pheromone diffusers throughout the premises so all our patients are more relaxed during their visits.

At Dafne we make sure to reduce the anxiety- whether your pet is attending an appointment or staying for a while.

Cats & Dogs wards.

There are separate wards to make sure cats and dogs do not hear each other which helps to reduce stress in all patients. Each ward is equipped in new spacious kennels and soft bedding or hiding castles for feline patients. Dogs can also enjoy our little garden.

Operating theatres

We have two state-of-the-art sterile operating theatres: an orthopaedic theatre that is exclusively used for orthopaedic procedures and a soft tissue theatre where we can perform both routine and more complex surgeries.

Diagnostic imaging

We pride ourselves to own one of the latest and advanced x-ray machine available on the market. We can obtain high quality images within seconds.

Our hospital offers highly accurate and top end ultrasonography thanks to the top-quality ultrasound machine.

Emilia, our certificate holder in Diagnostic Imaging is able to perform and interpret images, which allows quick and efficient diagnosis for your pet.

Laboratory

Our in-house laboratory is equipped with the latest and accurate diagnostic machines. We can run various tests in just under 8 minutes, which is critical in case of an emergency! We also collaborate with external laboratories where we can send samples and test for any possible problems your pets may present.
