Terms of business (for referrals):
We will provide the estimate of the likely costs that may be involved, however in some complex cases the final sum is only apparent in the end of the treatment. We do our best to give you a guide of expected costs at the time of your pet’s admission. All accounts must be settled at the time of discharge of your pet from our practice. We are happy to complete your insurance forms for you- however any direct claims from your insurance will involve admin fee of £18.16 – which is non-refundable. Direct claims can only be accepted if the final cost of treatment is over £1000 and this kind of claims must be agreed with the Practice Manager upfront after getting pre-authorisation from the insurance provider.
We also require the deposit which is an equivalent of 1/3 of the final costs of the estimated price of complex surgeries at the time of the admission of the patient.
